1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the BeatLogix mobile application ("the App" or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

BeatLogix is an AI-powered DJ copilot that provides real-time track identification, crowd analysis, and song suggestion recommendations. The Service is provided for entertainment and professional DJ assistance purposes.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• BeatLogix offers a free demo with limited suggestions and a paid Pro subscription with full access.
• Subscription fees are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, or international law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or its underlying systems.
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
• Use the Service to infringe on any copyright or intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's servers, networks, or security measures.

5. Intellectual Property

The BeatLogix App, including its design, features, and content, is the property of BeatLogix and is protected by intellectual property laws. Track identification results and metadata are provided by third-party services and remain the property of their respective rights holders.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App, including your DJ profile information. By submitting content, you grant BeatLogix a limited license to use it solely for providing and improving the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. BeatLogix does not guarantee that track identification will be accurate or that suggestions will meet your expectations. AI-generated recommendations are suggestions only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeatLogix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Refund Policy

Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@beatlogix.io within 14 days of the charge.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the DJ Profile page or by contacting us.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms in the App. Continued use of BeatLogix after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
