• DJ Profile Data: DJ name, city, genres, event types, bio, and profile photo that you voluntarily provide.
• Audio Data: Short audio clips captured via your microphone solely for track recognition. These clips are processed in real time and are not stored on our servers.
• Usage Data: Session history, track recognition results, and AI suggestion interactions to improve your experience.
• Payment Information: Billing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

3. Microphone Permission

BeatLogix requires microphone access to identify tracks playing in your environment. Audio is captured only when you actively initiate a recognition session by tapping the mic button. Audio clips are sent to our audio recognition service for identification and are not retained afterward.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the BeatLogix service.
• To generate AI-powered track suggestions tailored to your crowd and style.
• To manage your account and subscription.
• To communicate important updates or support responses.
• To analyze aggregate usage patterns and improve the app.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate BeatLogix, including:

• Stripe — for payment processing.
• AudD / Audio Recognition Services — for track identification (audio clips only, not retained).
• Spotify — to fetch track metadata (no user Spotify account access required).

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and session history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the DJ Profile page or by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

8. Children's Privacy

BeatLogix is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
